Product Returns

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we kindly ask you to record a video at the time of receiving the item, clearly showing the product's condition, packaging, and the attached invoice or shipping slip. This documentation will help us process your request quickly, ensuring a replacement product or refund is issued without any delays or complications.

Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different color or size), you have 72 hours from the time of delivery to request an exchange. We will work with you to select the most suitable replacement and arrange the process to ensure your convenience. Exchange requests are handled smoothly to ensure the new product reaches you as quickly as possible.

Request Processing

All return and exchange requests are carefully reviewed and processed by our support team within 7 business days. Refunds

If a return is approved, the payment will be refunded through the same method used during the purchase. We strive to complete refunds as quickly as possible, with a maximum processing time of 27 days. Please note that shipping fees for both directions may be deducted, even if the original shipping was free, along with electronic payment fees where applicable.
